At Ceramic Heights, we want you to love the pieces you bring into your home. If something arrives and it’s not quite what you expected, we’re here to help.
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to submit a return. No stress, no complicated steps—just reach out and we’ll guide you through the process.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns on most items as long as they are:
Unused
In their original condition
In the original packaging (or packaged safely for the return trip)
Because our ceramics are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and shape are normal and part of their charm.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or not what you expected, please let us know within 7 days. We’ll replace the item or offer a refund—whichever you prefer.

Your order number
A few photos of the item and packaging
We take care of the rest.
How Refunds Work
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we cover return shipping.
For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
